A high-growth, industry-leading organization is seeking a visionary and commercially minded Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the Executive Leadership Team. This executive will partner closely with the CEO to drive enterprise technology strategy, AI innovation, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and scalable business growth.

The CTO will lead the development of a future-focused technology organization, leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, data, and modern platforms to improve operational performance, enhance customer experiences, and create sustainable competitive advantages.

What You'll Lead
- Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with aggressive growth objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology investments, innovation, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Champion an AI-first transformation strategy, driving adoption of Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, analytics, and emerging technologies across the business.
- Oversee enterprise technology functions including infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, business applications, software development, data and analytics, service delivery, and vendor management.
- Establish strong cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
- Drive enterprise data initiatives, governance, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Modernize systems, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency, automation, and organizational performance.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage strategic technology partnerships, enterprise contracts, budgets, KPIs, and ROI-focused investment decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 7+ years in senior executive roles (CTO, CIO, VP Technology, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
- Proven success leading technology organizations in complex, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, software engineering, systems integration, data platforms, and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI, automation, and innovation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and change leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
